The 53rd Annual Monterey Jazz Festival, presented by Verizon, is in full swing for three days from September 17-19, 2010 and your friendly neighborhood Jazz Observer is there!
This is my sixth straight year blogging live from the Festival. The Monterey County Fairgrounds have hosted the most venerated names in jazz and been the wellspring of countless indelible memories.
